Coffee drinkers live longer


There is recent data regarding the health benefits of coffee. Coffee drinkers are thought to live a little bit longer than non - coffee drinkers.  This data is supported by 500 thousand participant study.  Apparently, coffee extends life even if you're drinking decaf or caffeinated java.  

According to Neal Freedman, the head researcher who works at the National Cancer Institute, a coffee helps humans and does not do any harm.  Despite the large evidence to support the use of coffee as being advatageous to human beings, researchers are not exactly sure about the HOW aspec to this benefit.
